I don’t know why I JUST realized this, but I need to take better care of my body. Going through a workout craze right now… Just did 30 crunches which isn’t much but I’ll SO be feeling that tomorrow haha haven’t worked out in four years! I’m just excited now so I wanted to make a post.
And if I ever read this post in the future, you better still be taking care of yourself Katie!! This is not a temporary thing and you gotta stick to it!
So yeah, just motivating myself and feeling really good right now.
